LEASING REQUIREMENTS

Lessee must supply at least a 7,500-watt generator for full power requirements unless electrical outlets providing 2 separate circuits with 110 volt/20amp services are available within 25 feet of unit. If generator is required please contact Trailer Events for pricing and availability.

A minimum 25-foot water hose is required for water connection if on board water tank is not being utilized.

All event reservations require a $700 deposit which is non-refundable if cancellation notice is not provided two weeks prior to event.
